About These Terms

These terms govern your use of the Turf Soldier website and the relationship around quote requests submitted through this site. Project-specific terms, warranties, and contracts are governed by the signed installation contract you receive during your free estimate.

Quote Requests

Quote requests submitted through our website or by phone are free and non-binding. We respond within 2 hours during business hours and schedule a free on-site estimate at a time convenient to you. No payment is collected at the quote request stage.

Estimates and Pricing

Pricing ranges shown on this website are typical for SoCal installations and are provided as general guidance. Final pricing is set during your free on-site estimate based on actual site conditions, SYNLawn product selection, square footage, and scope. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from issue.

Warranties

Installations carry the standard SYNLawn 15-year manufacturer warranty against UV degradation, color fade, and fiber wear under normal use. Turf Soldier provides an additional 1-year workmanship warranty covering seams, base integrity, and drainage performance. Specific warranty terms are documented in your installation contract and warranty packet provided at project walkthrough.
